I was born in 1990, graduated in Computer Engineering, and completed my MBA. After working for five years in the IT and agriculture sectors, I decided to specialize in commercial real estate based on my interest and knowledge in the field.

During this journey, I successfully completed various training and certification programs such as Real Estate Valuation Expertise, Capital Markets and Financial Investment, Mortgage Brokerage, Land Cadastre, ACP, and the Advanced Commercial Real Estate Training approved by Yıldız University.

I actively participate in leading commercial real estate associations such as Tiga, Tügem Commercial Network, and Tigader, closely following the latest developments in the sector. I also publish a monthly commercial bulletin. By comparing the market approach, income approach, and cost substitution method for commercial properties, I determine the weight center of each method to find the current market value.

As a commercial real estate consultant, I hold a sustainability certification, which not only broadens my area of expertise but also adds significant value to property valuations in today's market. This certification enables me to assess the economic, social, and environmental impacts of eco-friendly buildings.
