I was born in Ankara, Yenimahalle. My childhood was spent in Çanakkale, my hometown. During this period, I was deeply involved in sports. I participated in various competitions as a licensed swimmer for about 10 years, achieving success and receiving several awards. One of the most notable achievements was earning the title of intercontinental swimmer. The determination, discipline, and focus instilled in me through my sports career have been pivotal in emphasizing hard work and dedication within the framework of ethical principles in every aspect of my life.
In 2014, I gained admission to Istanbul University Faculty of Economics, Department of Finance. I studied for about 2 years, during which I also worked in jobs related to my field. When I realized that I wouldn't be happy working in this field in the future, I decided to leave school.
In 2016, I became one of the first students to be accepted into Ankara University Faculty of Applied Sciences, Department of Real Estate Development and Management, which I noticed was the first to admit students in Turkey. I took on the role of founding member of the student community within the faculty and served as the president of the board for 2 years. Throughout my academic journey, I received education in various areas such as project development and financing, project valuation, real estate law, real estate development and economics, inheritance law, zoning law, urban and regional planning, asset management, facility management, digital cadastre and surveying knowledge, real estate project and construction management, land registry and applications, real estate financing, protected natural and cultural areas and management, site selection analysis, and more. I continue my education with a master's degree at Ankara University Institute of Science Real Estate Development and Management Department and conduct research in the real estate sector.
During my education, I worked part-time at the university and full-time in the private sector. I continued to work in private projects and project valuation departments of real estate appraisal companies where I started working before graduation.
Throughout my professional career, I have prepared valuation reports for over 300 qualified real estate properties in Turkey and around the world. Whenever possible, I also prepare research reports and articles about the real estate sector.
Based on the experience and knowledge I have gained, I decided to focus on real estate consultancy to directly offer you the best solutions within ethical boundaries and to manage the most expensive decisions in your life effectively.
