He was born in 1972 in Izmir. In 1990, he graduated from Izmir Private Turkish College (English), followed by a Bachelor's degree in Public Administration from Dokuz Eylül University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1995.

In 2000, he completed his Master's degree in Tax Law at the same university's Finance Department. His thesis was on the taxation of the construction sector.

Between 1998 and 2000, he served as a professional intern and an independent auditor at AND Audit Services and Certified Public Accounting Company.

In 2000, he obtained his Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license and started working independently in his own office.

From 2004 to 2008, he worked as a responsible partner in the accounting and auditing department of an international audit firm in Izmir.

He has particularly gained expertise in the establishment of international companies, accounting outsourcing, revision, and reporting.
