After completing my high school education at İzmir American Collegiate Institute, I graduated from Yeditepe University with a degree in International Trade and Business Administration. I started my career in customer service at an international technology company, and over time, I gained experience in various areas such as team management and project management. At every stage, I prioritized customer satisfaction and shaped my work discipline with this mindset.
