Hello, I’m Kaan Akyüz. I was born in 1990 in Ankara, I’m married, and I have one child. I have been working as a real estate consultant under the Coldwell Banker brand for 4 years.

I started my career in 2007 and worked in various sectors as a white-collar employee. I achieved first-place rankings in Turkey, particularly in the field of direct sales. The leadership, human and process management skills, problem-solving abilities, and disciplined work habits I developed during this time led me to join Coldwell Banker in 2021 to apply my experience in the real estate sector.

I believe that success in real estate consultancy comes from understanding the client, analyzing their needs, and providing the best solution. Adopting this approach, I have achieved numerous successes since entering the sector.

Thanks to my skills and the trust of those around me, I have completed a total of 237 rental and sales transactions.
